Fluent in Russian and French, Alexander Sakin is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, and Dartmouth College.  He practiced law at Latham & Watkins LLP, one of the world’s premier law firms, and at Harris, St. Laurent & Chaudhry LLP, a top trial boutique law firm in Manhattan.  As Deputy Attorney General in the Corruption Bureau of the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, he investigated and prosecuted corrupt politicians and other civil servants, as well as crooked government contractors.

Having played key roles in successful trials, arbitrations, mediations, negotiations, and regulatory investigations over the course of his career, Alexander Sakin has represented a variety of clients, from large corporations to individuals of all levels of wealth and sophistication.  Having worked in the private and public sectors, he thoroughly understands the dynamics of business, of employer-employee relations, and of government regulation.
